Responsibilities- Develop and optimize growth strategies to ensure a seamless and engaging experience at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end targeted campaign processes, identifying target groups and developing campaign plans with specific objectives across different segments.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify key metrics and KPIs to track success and present insights to leadership on base campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize base communication channels.
- Closely monitor market dynamics and competitors to identify new opportunities and gain a competitive edge in growth strategies.
- Analyze customer journeys and create actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Product, Brand, and Business teams to identify and leverage opportunities for growth across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with the product team to enhance onboarding and retention, with a focus on feature adoption and reducing churn.
- Drive a fully integrated marketing plan and campaign flow ensuring expected profitable growth.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in campaign management, customer base & revenue growth, customer retention management.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven collaboration and clear communication skills within cross-functional teams.
- An analytical mindset and methodical approach.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Demonstrated success in creating, managing, and scaling multi-channel growth initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to develop creative solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and ability to learn & develop new skills & ideas.
- Teamwork-oriented, self-motivated, and open-minded.
