In response to the critical shortage of intensive care ventilators during the peak of the pandemic, 100 ventilators were manufactured in April 2021 and 5,000 units by June 2021, following requests from the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Industry and Technology. This rapid production process marked the beginning of KoçMedical's journey.
As a Netherlands-based subsidiary of the Koç Group focused on health technologies, we were established with the aim of providing innovative solutions to healthcare needs, expanding access to healthcare for a wider population, and becoming a regional leader in health technology.

Bıçakcılar is Turkey's leading manufacturer of catheters and tubing sets in the medical consumables category, serving over 150 distributors, more than 1,500 hospitals in Turkey, and exporting to over 100 countries globally. The company conducts product development at its accredited R&D center while distributing high-quality and innovative products in Turkey and neighboring regions.

Responsibilities- To support organization and people by understanding the business needs and developing customized solutions & projects.
- To supervise the respective partner department and the employees in all HR processes as included performance development, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, reward management and organizational change.
- Being a trusted advisor for teams; serving as the first point of contact for teams for all HR matters.
- Managing employee life cycle focusing on employee experience; executing core HR processes.
- Assessing organizational needs and executing on talent management strategies to support team's growth.
- Supporting managers in handling conversations like performance and career growth.
- Reviewing programs and policies for compliance with employment laws, understanding best practices and recommending modifications if appropriate.
- Degree qualification with previous experience in a HR Business Partner role within a production company environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology and Social Sciences areas of study or other related disciplines (Master's degree is a plus).
- Min. 7 years of experience in Human Resources processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Curious, eager to learn, innovative and positive can-do attitude.
- Prior experience working within a production environment would be highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence at senior levels.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and data management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with focus in details.
- Customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations – ability to serve multiple customers (employees, managers, HR).
- Strategic view – ability to perform cost benefit analyses, accurately assess risk, forecast both long and short-term outcomes, and evaluate the implications in a complex business environment.
