Managing Partner @ Rainmaker ConsultancyWe are looking for a Head of Compensation & Benefits to join a dynamic, high-growth technology company transforming everyday convenience. This strategic role will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits practices to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the overall compensation and benefits strategy in alignment with business goals and organizational culture
- Lead end-to-end management of the salary review, promotion, and salary adjustment cycles
- Oversee internal job architecture and role evaluations using global frameworks
- Conduct and analyze market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
- Manage fixed and variable pay components, ensuring consistency, fairness, and business alignment
- Drive the offer process for new hires and internal transitions with a focus on transparency and market fit
- Contribute to the design and governance of benefit-related policies such as mobility, expense management, and allowances
- Partner with Finance for accurate employee cost forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Provide actionable people analytics and insights to support leadership decision-making
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance in all compensation and benefits practices
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering expertise and innovation within the function
- Champion HR digitalization initiatives, contributing to the development of scalable, tech-enabled C&B processes
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging practices in Total Rewards, bringing innovative ideas to the table
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in multinational or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of job evaluation, benchmarking, compensation design, and benefits management
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills and a high attention to detail
- Proficient in HR systems and tools used in compensation management and reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
