We are looking for "Senior IT Recruiter" to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey.

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for both IT and non-IT positions.
  • Deliver an efficient and high-touch candidate experience from application to offer stage.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring continuous engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop innovative and effective hiring strategies tailored to business needs.
  • Act as a talent advisor, providing market insights and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Prepare and present standard and ad-hoc recruitment reports for the management team.
  • Develop and implement talent and career management frameworks (including talent identification, talent reviews, succession planning, career roadmaps, and rotation programs) on a global scale.

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (either in-house or at a staffing agency).
  • Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience, particularly in technology departments.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated success in IT talent acquisition processes with a strong follow-up ability.
  • High sense of responsibility and a strong work ethic.
  • Advanced level Excel knowledge.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • English language proficiency is a plus.
