Job Description:
- Mainly responsible for IMO host operations, providing host operation schemes and host management strategies, and accountable for the quantity and quality of activities.
- Participate in professional events hosted by hosts, delve into marketization, and provide operational suggestions.
- Plan user-related activities, including but not limited to activity planning, copywriting, online execution, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with the product department to promote new features, complete market synchronization, and prepare materials.
- Serve core users, maintain a good relationship with users, and be responsible for the recharge and retention of core users.
Requirements:
- Proactive, patient, curious, and enthusiastic about work, with a strong sense of responsibility and quick response to work content.
- Have a certain level of design ability and data analysis skills.
- Fluent in Turkish and English language communication.
- Prior understanding of user operation basic methodologies and experience in internet-related work is preferred.
