We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in the banking sector to join our team in Istanbul. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and delivering complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies required for successful project completion. Create and maintain detailed project schedules, updating them as necessary to reflect changes and progress.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters. Optimize resource utilization and allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage IT-related risks and vulnerabilities that could impact the organization's operations, data, and systems. Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure appropriate risk transfer and acceptance.
  • Performance and Metrics Monitoring: Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate IT effectiveness and efficiency. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize IT processes.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT and business units to ensure that IT initiatives align with business needs and priorities. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with IT governance practices.
  • Change Management: Develop a comprehensive strategy for IT transformation or change initiatives that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and vision. Create detailed implementation plans, timelines, and milestones to guide the transformation process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery management, and minimum 2 years of experience in team management with a significant portion of that experience in the banking sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, including humility, active listening, curiosity, and a positive attitude.
  • Agility: Ability to be relevant in multiple and varied contexts.
  • Inspiring Confidence: Strong interpersonal skills, prioritizing company and customer objectives and team spirit.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and thoroughly analyze information.

  • Leadership: Ability to mobilize and organize stakeholders to address customer issues.
