About this role:

The Regional Analyst, Program Management will support a key LRQA client in developing a deep relationship with our client, the vendors, and the factories globally to drive social compliance and sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and instinctive individual who will contribute to the clients' social responsibility program and needs.

They will work in partnership with the Program Lead, Data Analyst, and other LRQA teams to meet the client's expectations and execute against our SOW obligations. This role will help to represent the client externally with supplier and service providers and internally with LRQA delivery teams. They will report directly to the Program Lead, Program Management and to the client for whom LRQA has management responsibility.

Key job responsibilities:

  1. Execute the Client's supplier engagement and risk monitoring program.
  2. Ensure the assessment plan is executed against expected timelines, communicating directly with suppliers before and after assessments and other interventions.
  3. Act as the expert on specific client assessment requirements and manage the regional risk monitoring program externally.
  4. Plan, communicate, and continuously monitor the execution of the assessment plan, ensuring suppliers' schedule of audits or other risk interventions as required.
  5. Review all audits and/or risk interventions for the region, focusing on areas such as repeated findings and critical quality issue management.
  6. Provide data process support as required, including deploying eLearning to suppliers and referring suppliers to relevant trainings.
  7. Maintain internal guidance, standard operating procedures, and instructions to meet client expectations and SOW obligations.
  8. Contribute to reporting and performance measurement for the account that aligns with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  9. Work in partnership with Data Analyst to provide KPIs related to Service Provider performance.
  10. Provide monthly updates and quarterly trends to Client's regional buying offices related to high-risk suppliers.
  11. Liaise with local Client supplier relationship manager and global Client teams as appropriate.
  12. Guide and work closely with a global team of staff within LRQA supporting the Client.
  13. Ability to travel for business development and client meetings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. A 4-year college degree;
  2. 3+ years of experience in Ethical Sourcing/Labor Compliance/Environmental arena;
  3. High level of integrity and honesty;
  4. Responsive and able to accommodate multiple time zones;
  5. Understanding of compliance programs limitations;
  6. Analytical skills and ability to identify risk;
  7. A flexible attitude and ability to embrace changes quickly;
  8. Creative and entrepreneurial minded;
  9. Ability to work independently;
  10. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
  11. Strength in writing and communication;
  12. Pro-active, self-starter with ability to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects;
  13. A passion for social responsibility and sustainability.
  14. Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
