SAP Premium Engagements – namely SAP MaxAttention and SAP ActiveAttention - are white glove and strategic engagements with SAP's largest/Strategic customers.
For the delivery of SAP Premium Engagements, SAP is looking for a Technical Quality Manager (TQM) to serve our customers as trusted advisors, focusing as much on the customer's business as on the customer's technical environment.
The TQM works closely with the customer on the development of the engagement, oversees and communicates the engagement outcome, acts as a strategic advisor for the IT roadmap with SAP, positions the service portfolio, maintains the PE service plan, and is in charge of the execution of this plan, i.e., managing the service delivery end-to-end with follow-up activities upon SAP's recommendations and running the quarterly steering meetings with the customer.
The TQM demonstrates a premium level of enthusiasm and understanding of the:
- Customer's strategy and requirements
- Customer's solution landscape
- Customer's business processes
- Customer's industry
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a strong customer relationship and works to be recognized as a Trusted Advisor providing unbiased guidance, ensuring empowerment of the customer team
- Plan and execute SAP Premium Engagements service plan as needed to drive success on the customer's digital transformation roadmap
- Analyze and understand customer situation/requirements, including business requirements, program/project, IT, transformational, architecture, development, infrastructure, and operational topics
- Setup, govern the Engagement and plan/coordinate/monitor/support Premium Engagement services based on the customer situation/requirements, solutions, create a value proposition, secure customer alignment, contracts, including working with account teams, solution or industry experts, partners, executives, and delivery support teams
- Manage engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services, including governance, top issue/escalation management, executive reporting & presentations, resource staffing, procurement, contract management, and services delivery
- Plan, coordinate engineering services or resources for end-to-end projects or focused phased activities, including design, optimization, assessment, technical integration, validation, operations, escalations, empower training, and workshops
- Identify top issues, define the associated action plan & drive the resolution process, always providing the customer with immediate help in crisis situations
- Manage Escalations and critical situations, instruct customer on SAP's Support processes to drive efficient incident resolution
- Actively support the PE business growth, pre-sales activities in alignment with the account team and SAP strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math and/or equivalent experience in the field of technology.
- 5+ hands-on experience on SAP Solutions/Technology/development as a senior expert. Industry/operation management/project management skills/experience is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Broad understanding of SAP Solutions
- Broad understanding of SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM strategy and scenarios
- Understanding in SAP strategy including service portfolio & Cloud transformation
- Strong business acumen and presentation skills, C-Level communication skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism, and is highly customer service oriented with strong customer management skills
- Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required
