We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Management department.

Key Position Responsibilities
  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (email, chat, phone) with a friendly and professional attitude.
  2. Provide accurate and reliable information to customers about our products, services, and policies.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  4. Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in a clear and organized manner.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns.
  6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services.
  7. Assist in creating and updating customer support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.
Minimum Position Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  3. Excellent written and spoken English.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  5. Empathetic and patient with a genuine desire to assist customers.
  6. Proficiency in using customer support tools and software.
  7. Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  8. A great analytical thinker with a strategic perspective.
  9. A can-do, will-do attitude.
  10. Ability to adapt to flexible working hours.
