vdf is looking for a "Accounting Specialist" that you may find the details below:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year program in Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields from universities,
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in current transactions, tax, and accounting in the Finance or Accounting Departments of Factoring or Financing Companies or Banks,
  • Familiar with the chart of accounts used in Financial Institutions regulated by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK),
  • Strong communication, representation, self-expression, and persuasion skills,
  • Open to development and learning, career-oriented, and adaptable to teamwork,
  • Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities,
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications,
  • For male candidates, completed military service.

Job Description:

  • Recording, controlling, and monitoring all current transactions and daily cash/bank movements,
  • Preparation of tax declarations and other notifications (VAT, withholding tax, provisional tax, stamp duty), monitoring accruals and payment processes,
  • Preparation of weekly payment plans, related bank correspondence, and follow-up,
  • Recording, controlling, and monitoring fixed asset purchase/sale transactions and inventory processes,
  • Reconciliation of current transactions with customers and suppliers, as well as recording, controlling, reconciling, and monitoring guarantee letters.
