Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at Private Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business development activities, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation and submission of proposals to ensure alignment with business goals and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for RFP responses, including market research and customer insights.
  • Oversee the creation of commercial, marketing, and financial proposals, integrating standards and best practices.
  • Manage communication with external stakeholders and partners during tenders and business trips.
  • Ensure quality in all proposal deliverables, driving process improvements and innovation.
  • Research industry trends and analyze market opportunities to identify growth prospects.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar area
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Business acumen and ability to understand organizational goals
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English written and spoken
