About the JobThis role is responsible for planning and executing sales activities to achieve targets for the Coating & Adhesive Resins Business Line in Turkey.
You will manage customer relationships and develop growth strategies aligned with regional business development goals.
Your responsibilities will include establishing comprehensive business and sales strategies through cross-business line synergies, evaluating M&A opportunities, and flanking them with existing business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
- Prepare frequent sales forecasts and enter relevant data as required.
- Proactively identify customer needs and sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Build and develop positive relationships with customers and distributors in assigned regions.
- Ensure profit levels are maintained according to company guidelines and pricing matrices.
- Analyze and evaluate market trends, competition, and local developments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for supervisors, accurately capturing market environments and sales activities.
- Organize and participate in events, conferences, fair participations, and other PR actions for the respective business lines.
- University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing and/or sales, having proved performance results.
- Strong technical background and ability to engage in technical discussions with accounts/partners regarding application areas.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills, a team player with personal initiative.
