Your Job Description:

You will analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits programs to identify areas for improvement. You will also support job evaluation, base salary review, and adjustments across all functions and locations. Additionally, you will prepare proposals for salary changes, promotions, and transfers within approved guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, statistics, or mathematics.
  • At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational company in the same industry.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with salary methodologies, such as Korn Ferry or Mercer, Willis Towers Watson.
  • Experience in HR reporting and analytics processes.
  • Proficiency in SAP HR module, with experience in customization and development work.
  • Ability to follow digital innovations and adapt them to the business.
