Job Title:

HR Officer (Mentorship & Engagement)

Job Summary:

The HR Officer (Mentorship & Engagement) will support the Talent Development team in strengthening user experiences and global engagement with mentorship and other learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with offices globally and relevant consultants to ensure that mentorship program learning content is engaging and designed to result in identified learning expectations.
  • Ensure that user-friendly, appealing, and informative peer-to-peer virtual learning collaboration spaces are in place for learning participants.
  • Support the UNICEF Global Mentoring Initiative and act as the Global Coordinator for selective corporate mentoring streams.
  • Develop products to strengthen on-the-job learning and learning transfer, including infographics, videos, and digital workbooks.
  • Provide guidance on and contribute to the development of evaluation and report products.
Requirements:
  • First-level university degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Digital Learning, or Instructional Design.
  • At least two years of progressively responsible experience in graphic design and communications.
  • Professional experience and expertise in graphic and multimedia design, including developing engaging learning materials and reports.
  • Professional experience in digital communications and marketing, including developing, implementing, and monitoring digital communications strategies and campaigns.
