Talent Development Opportunity at UNICEF

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Officer - Talent Development to join our team at UNICEF. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening user experiences and global engagement with mentorship and other learning programs.

About the Role

The HR Officer will work closely with the Talent Development team to design, develop, and implement learning programs that meet the evolving needs of UNICEF staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing engaging learning content, including digital materials, to support user-friendly and appealing virtual learning collaboration spaces.
  • Providing guidance on evaluation and report products to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Supporting the promotion of learning programs through targeted digital communications and marketing strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A first-level university degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Digital Learning, or Instructional Design.
  • At least two years of progressively responsible experience in graphic design, communications, and digital learning.
  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience with digital communications software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and digital community platforms.
