Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Development Lead to join our team at Mapa Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Develop and execute hiring strategies to ensure the availability of skilled talent aligned with project needs.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
  • HR Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-country and cross-functional teams to streamline HR operations and implement best practices.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Work closely with finance and leadership teams to align payroll, benefits, and employee rewards with company standards.
  • Workforce Engagement & Retention: Develop employee engagement strategies to ensure job satisfaction, high morale, and retention of key personnel.
  • HR Reporting & Data Management: Utilize HR analytics to track key performance metrics, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

A minimum of 15 years of HR management experience within the construction sector is necessary.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor laws, and workforce planning for large-scale construction projects is essential.

Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage HR data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize workforce productivity.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Team Collaboration: A proactive and adaptable mindset, working closely with site teams and corporate HR functions to align HR initiatives with business goals.
