Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Sales Engineer to expand our sales network through strategic partnerships for the Applied Products business across Central Anatolia and surrounding cities.
This key role reports directly to the Sales Director - Applied Products for the Middle East and Africa region, focusing on indirect business expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and business growth for our HVAC product portfolio, specifically Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
Main Responsibilities:

  1. Expand sales network through strategic partnerships with local channel partners
  2. Drive sales and business growth for HVAC products in Turkey by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with customers and partners
  3. Develop and execute growth action plans for the territory to achieve sales targets
  4. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform under pressure to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Turkey with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English language proficiency
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
