About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Channel Sales professional to join our team in Ankara, focusing on expanding our sales network through channel partners for the Applied Products business across Central Anatolia and surrounding cities.

In this key role, you will leverage your expertise and knowledge of Applied Products to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, deliver results, and enhance relationships with our partners to boost sales and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market information and propose growth action plans for the territory
  • Develop existing business and long-term customer relationships
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent planning, organization, and time management skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs in Turkey
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders, consultants, and owners
