About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior VRF Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Ankara, Turkey.

• This role involves driving direct channel sales across Central Anatolia and Black Sea Regions, working closely with key stakeholders to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
• You will be responsible for managing the sales process from converting inquiries into sales, following up on quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment.
• To succeed in this role, you will need to utilize your strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to drive sales and meet objectives.

Your Key Strengths

• Demonstrated ability to adopt a customer-oriented approach to work, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with financial aspects to drive product revenue and margin results.
• Fluent in English to communicate effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
• Active B class driver's license to travel as required.

Our Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably 5 years of experience in sales, design, or field roles within VRF, DX Products in HVAC, and/or pumps.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-centric approach to work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of financial concepts.
• Fluent in English.
• Active B class driver's license.
• Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Comprehensive technical and operational knowledge of the HVAC industry is an asset.
