Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Channel Sales Engineer and play a key role in driving sales and business growth for our HVAC product portfolio in Turkey. You will be responsible for expanding our sales network through strategic partnerships, driving sales and business growth, and developing and executing growth action plans for the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and business growth
  2. Develop and execute growth action plans for the territory to achieve sales targets
  3. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform under pressure to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry in Turkey with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluent English language proficiency
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
