Amazon Seller Support Specialist

We're committed to supporting our Sellers' success at Amazon. As a Seller management team member, you'll provide vital support to our Selling Partners, helping them navigate our platform and grow their businesses.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated goal-oriented individual with strong ownership and strategic thinking skills. They'll need to thrive in an ambiguous environment, making decisions independently and staying calm under pressure.
Job Responsibilities- Partnering with Sellers to develop and execute business strategies.
- Driving growth and improving operational efficiencies across Sellers' businesses.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and expand relationships.
- Maintaining open communication channels with Sellers to address concerns and celebrate successes.
- Analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Fostering a positive and supportive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business, 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively with IT systems, including XML feeds and SQL/DW.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interest in e-Commerce and online business.
- Prolific problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
