Responsibilities and Deliverables

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for sellers and Amazon. You will also partner with internal Amazon teams and sellers to improve operational aspects of their business, providing a great consumer experience.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Success measured by performance on input metrics and impact of sellers on creating a great customer experience.
  • Communication channels built at all levels, setting proper expectations, providing clear status communications, and managing towards a growth plan for sellers.
  • Strategic account plans developed and executed, delivering on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for sellers and Amazon.
  • Long-term partnerships established with groups of sellers handled.
  • New program and feature launches supported.
