Role Summary

In this critical role, the Strategic Account Manager will focus on building long-term relationships with key sellers, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership Development: Foster strong partnerships with top sellers, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  2. Growth Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute tailored growth strategies that meet the needs of both the seller and Amazon.
  3. Operational Improvement: Work closely with sellers to optimize their operational processes and enhance the consumer experience.
  4. Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of seller performance and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various teams, including business development and onboarding, to drive new product launches and relationship extensions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
- Background in e-commerce
- Proven track record working in fast-paced and highly cross-functional organizations
