
Sales Growth Strategist

Etiya is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy, driving growth and revenue targets. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing partner performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Create and implement a strategic plan to achieve growth targets, identifying new opportunities for channel expansion and improvement.
- Partner Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for their sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, product management, and operation teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of channel strategies.
- Track Partner Performance: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular feedback and actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
- Strong Background in Channel Sales: Proven experience in developing and managing channel partner programs, including recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate partners.
