Seller Account Managers at Amazon are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our most valuable Sellers. Key Responsibilities
  1. Partnering with Sellers to develop and execute business strategies.
  2. Driving growth and improving operational efficiencies across Sellers' businesses.
  3. Maintaining open communication channels with Sellers to address concerns and celebrate successes.
  4. Analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Fostering a positive and supportive environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business, 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven expertise in e-Commerce, business development, and sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
