The role of the Strategic Account Service Manager at Amazon involves providing top-notch support to sellers enrolled in our program. As an Account Manager for Onboarding, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the organization by ensuring seller satisfaction through delivering strategic insights and high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Selling on Amazon products and their functionalities, as well as the e-commerce industry and competitive environment.
  • Train sellers on the use of the Premium Services platform and other program tools.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify, act on, and influence long-term strategies to maximize potential for your assigned inputs to improve Sellers' metrics.
  • Oversee key strategic activities for the Seller, follow up, escalate, and clear blockers as appropriate across multiple organizations. Advocate as the voice of the customer internally, using data and anecdotes to drive prioritization and deliver value across a larger customer set.
