About this Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans that meet company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Essential Skills and Experience

Languages

English: Fluency is a plus
Turkish is a must.

Experience/Professional requirement

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business in assigned territories.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (preferably life sciences or health related discipline).

Travel Requirements:

Travel may be extensive, up to 80%.
