Job Description

As a Vendor Consultant for Amazon's Strategic Account Services, you will be responsible for helping key seller partners grow their businesses on Amazon. You will work closely with internal teams to manage seller relationships, championing their needs at Amazon.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for sellers and Amazon.
  • Partner with internal Amazon teams and sellers to improve operational aspects of their business, providing a great consumer experience.
  • Conduct deep analysis on issues affecting sellers and develop recommendations and action plans based on data to improve seller experience.
  • Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with groups of sellers handled.
  • Support the launches of new programs and features.
  • Regularly conduct WBRs and MBRs with sellers, highlighting business metric performance and building action plans.
