About the Role

The Vendor Consultant role is designed to help key seller partners of Amazon achieve growth and success. You will work closely with leaders from Retail Business Services, Program and Operations teams to shape and deliver strategies for managing key metric pillars for Amazon SAS sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Measure success based on performance on input metrics and impact of sellers on creating a great customer experience.
  2. Build communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for sellers.
  3. Work with internal Amazon teams and sellers to identify opportunities to improve operational aspects of their business, providing a great consumer experience.
  4. Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for sellers and Amazon.
  5. Establish long-term partnerships with groups of sellers handled.
  6. Support the launches of new programs and features.
