Role Summary
The Amazon Exports Key Accounts Manager will lead a team of sales professionals in supporting Turkish businesses sell their products in global Amazon stores. This role requires a strong understanding of sales management, account development, and business growth strategies. The successful candidate will drive program expansion, manage a growing profit-and-loss statement, and identify opportunities to improve the marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions.

About You
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for international trade and business development. You should have a proven track record of success in building businesses from scratch, managing profit-and-loss statements, and driving revenue growth. Experience in managing large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles is highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply. Influence and stakeholder management are also key requirements for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to support Turkish businesses sell their products in global Amazon stores.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase overall sales for Amazon and contribute to Turkey's exports volume.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions.
  • Manage a growing profit-and-loss statement and drive program expansion.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish.
  • Management experience, preferably in sales teams.
  • Proven track record of success in building businesses from scratch and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
