We are seeking an experienced Brand Partnership Manager to join our Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team of Retail Business Services. As a key member of this team, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy for managing Amazon AVS vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in account management, project or program management, buying experience, or operations roles. You will interface internally with leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams and be responsible for all aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon.

In this role, you will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon. You will utilize a wide range of skills and work across major functional areas such as site merchandising, buying, inventory management, finance, operations, and online marketing to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish Long-term Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendor partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  2. Partner with Retail Category Teams: Collaborate closely with Retail Category Teams to build successful communication channels, set clear expectations, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.
  3. Develop Joint Business Plans: Create and execute joint business plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum B2.2 level German Language Certification is Mandatory, C1 preferred.
1+ years of account management, project or program management, buying experience, or in an operations role.
