As a Senior Business Development Manager at Genesys Cloud Services, Inc., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new business and collaborating with the regional sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Customer Needs: Connect customers with Genesys solutions and close sales.

- Develop New Opportunities: Support from Marketing to develop new opportunities.
- Establish Strong Relationships: Build strong relationships within prospect and customer accounts.
- Drive Innovation: Bring new ideas to the team and customers.

Requirements:
- CX Passion: Strong commitment to customer experience.
- B2B Sales Expertise: 3+ years of B2B SaaS/Cloud Sales experience with proven success.
- Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- Proactive Collaboration: Can-do attitude and strong collaboration skills.
- Embracing Diversity: Commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Complex sales experience.
