
Front Office Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Ramada Hotel by Wyndham Arnavutköy. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading the front office department to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Enhance team performance and maximize customer satisfaction through strategic call management and process improvements.
- Provide leadership with top-notch abilities in Opera Management System, interpersonal communication, and administrative oversight.
- Train and mentor employees to promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Prepare for daily arrivals, including room allocation, amenities, and special requests.
- Register and process check-ins for all arrivals.
- Update and verify guest information into the computer after complete check-in.
- Accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audit tasks, and settlements upon guests' departure.
- Handle walk-in counter reservations and process call-in reservations when the room reservations section is closed.
- Provide friendly, smooth, courteous service to guests and respond promptly to all requests and inquiries.
- Resolve guest complaints/requests and liaise with the concerned department for immediate follow-up.
- Handle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security.
- Check and convey messages to guests.
- Assist at the Information counter, Foreign Exchange, Night Audit, and the Business center, as assigned.
- Check the Paymaster Accounts and provide proper feedback to the Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager.
- Review the log book, verify outstanding items, follow up on pending tasks, and identify any special assignments for the day.
- Check hotel situation, occupancy, functions, groups, and VIPs.
- File daily reception reports and documents systematically.
- Communicate all necessary information to the next shift for the smooth running of operations.
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Front Office Department or a similar position.
- Team-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills.
