Sales Growth Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers through various channels, including calls, email, video conferences, in-person meetings, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to devise a strategic sales plan, incorporating competitive analyses, customer segmentation, and thoughtful product positioning.
- Update and maintain all sales process and reporting tools, including CRM and weekly sales reports.
- Provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process.
- Deliver market feedback to support continuous improvement of our product offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective customers.
Required Skills:
- Grit, determination, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry.
- 2-3 years of experience performing direct product/services sales in the SMB and Enterprise space.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with strong working experience using related tools.
- Deep analytical skills, business acumen, and past success setting and achieving goals.
- Compelling presence in front of customers, partners, and employees.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- An undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
