Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Growth & Customer Experience Manager for our Türkiye subsidiary who will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, optimizing sales performance, and enhancing customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to evaluate all sales channels, leverage customer data, and develop innovative sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting and monitoring sales targets, preparing performance reports, and designing effective incentive structures for field teams.

Additionally, this role will actively engage in field operations to ensure alignment between sales strategies and customer interactions. The candidate will also conduct training sessions to enhance sales team performance and identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential. The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work closely with different departments to drive continuous sales improvement.

Location: İstanbul Airport (The role requires periodic presence at our central office located in Maslak & periodic business visits to our branch at Antalya Airport.)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Strategy Development

  1. Analyze all sales channels to identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
  2. Utilize customer and sales data to develop data-driven sales strategies that drive business growth.
  3. Define, track, and adjust sales targets and KPIs to ensure consistent performance improvements.
  4. Develop and implement cross-selling strategies to maximize customer value and revenue.
  5. Identify trends, market opportunities, and customer behaviors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Process Optimization & Reporting

  1. Design and implement sales processes and best practices to improve efficiency.
  2. Monitor and analyze customer experience metrics to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  3. Prepare detailed sales performance reports, identifying key insights and improvement areas.
  4. Utilize advanced Excel functions and data analytics tools to track and optimize sales performance.

Field Engagement & Training

  1. Actively engage with field sales teams to gain firsthand insights and improve execution strategies.
  2. Conduct sales training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of sales teams.
  3. Develop and implement incentive strategies for field teams, including performance calculations.

Collaboration & Strategic Influence

  1. Work closely with marketing, operations, people management, and finance teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
  2. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
  3. Act as a key driver of customer-centric sales approaches, ensuring that sales and service teams deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, or customer experience.
  3. Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  4. Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and experience with CRM/sales analytics tools.
  5. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  6. Experience in designing and implementing sales training programs.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an analytical mindset.
  8. Ability to work independently, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  9. Willingness to work actively in the field and engage directly with sales teams.
  10. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  11. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to oversee and support sales operations, primarily in Istanbul and Antalya branches, as well as explore new opportunities for business growth.
