Your Role in Driving Business Growth
As an Inside Sales Account Manager at Merck Gruppe, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals by positioning and selling products and services within the Process Solutions Division. Your success will be measured by your ability to engage with new and existing customers, develop a deep understanding of your assigned territory, and stay updated on industry best practices. By collaborating with internal teams, you will drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities. Your role involves increasing market share, differentiating from competitors, and strengthening our reputation for excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with new and existing customers to develop and maintain strong relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned territory, including market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific or technical field
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Life Sciences sector
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotech production processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and adaptability in business strategies
  • Consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Readiness to travel up to 25%
