**About the Role**

The Client Growth Specialist will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing a selective portfolio of high-value B2B customers through face-to-face selling and negotiating skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales & negotiation with significant sales experience and success in developing sustainable business.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop local/regional key accounts and an implementation plan including aligning global/regional/local priorities and resources.
  • Achieve competitive advantage through applying a deep understanding of market dynamics and the external environment in all business activities and implementing responses to competitor actions and market changes.
  • Act proactively in HSSE and compliance matters that affect customers, you as a person, team, and colleagues.
