Job Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving strategic objectives. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and key decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Develop and implement strategic prospecting plans to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and opportunities within a CRM system (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of AloTech/Call Center Studio's solutions to potential customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in health tourism is an advantage).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is a plus; familiarity with HubSpot or Pipedrive is also preferred).
- Strong knowledge of prospecting automation tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, Lusha).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Experience working with SME & Enterprise clients is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
