We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team at Rebul Holding. This role requires a strong background in recruitment and talent management, as well as excellent communication skills.
Job Overview:
This position involves leading our head office recruitment processes, including preparing and publishing job advertisements, evaluating applications, and creating lists.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting personality and competency inventory assessments, preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports, and developing or updating recruitment procedures/policies.
Additionally, they will implement effective recruitment regulations, procedures, and instructions, and contribute to the improvement and development of talent management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead head office recruitment processes
- Prepare and publish job advertisements
- Evaluate applications and create lists
- Conduct personality and competency inventory assessments
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
- Develop or update recruitment procedures/policies
- Implement effective recruitment regulations, procedures, and instructions
- Contribute to the improvement and development of talent management processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent management
- Experience in human resources consulting companies preferred
- Competency-based interviewing experience required
- Good English language skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High planning, follow-up, organization, and analysis skills
