Responsibilities

The Off Trade Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading distributor sales teams to achieve strategic targets and implementing commercial marketing strategies in their designated region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve strategic targets and ensure sustainable success across key metrics.
  2. Manage daily distributor operations, including order management, stock control, invoicing, and shipping.
  3. Create service packages within the market entry strategy for your region.
  4. Conduct customer segmentation and investment planning to drive business development opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote business development aligned with company goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of total work experience in the FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of the retail sector and familiarity with HoReCa and wholesale channels
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
