About the Role

Pernod Ricard is a leading spirits and wine company that creates moments of conviviality for consumers worldwide. As an Off Trade Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and implementing commercial marketing strategies in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans to achieve strategic targets and ensure sustainable success across key metrics such as sales volume, turnover, collections, and market share.
  • Manage daily distributor operations, including order management, stock control, invoicing, and shipping, ensuring alignment with Pernod Ricard's working principles.
  • Create service packages within the market entry strategy for your region to drive horizontal and vertical growth opportunities aligned with the commercial marketing strategy.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and investment planning to identify business development opportunities and drive growth in line with company priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting business development aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor key trends and issues within the sales region, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop sales forecasts for your region, set team goals, and ensure effective execution of central and local campaigns.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams, identifying individual development needs and fostering a motivated work environment.
  • Embody and promote Pernod Ricard's values in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge of the retail sector and familiarity with HoReCa and wholesale channels
  • Solid understanding of local business dynamics
  • 3–5 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in the FMCG sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and analytical skills
  • Proven ability in customer relationship management and team leadership
