Job Summary

The Off Trade Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in driving sales growth and implementing commercial marketing strategies in their designated region. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for achieving strategic targets and ensuring sustainable success across key metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve strategic targets and ensure sustainable success across key metrics.
  2. Manage daily distributor operations, including order management, stock control, invoicing, and shipping.
  3. Create service packages within the market entry strategy for your region.
  4. Conduct customer segmentation and investment planning to drive business development opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote business development aligned with company goals.
  6. Monitor key trends and issues within the sales region and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3–5 years of total work experience in the FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of the retail sector and familiarity with HoReCa and wholesale channels
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
