Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join Carrier HR, a leading provider of innovative workspaces.

About the Role:

  • Analyze and optimize existing operational processes to enhance workspace management.
  • Develop and implement efficiency-boosting projects to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to design flexible office solutions and co-working space services.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to enhance office management and customer service operations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation of next-generation office concepts.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new processes and provide training to employees, ensuring alignment with Carrier HR's innovative office space concepts.
  • Evaluate the impact of improvement projects in terms of cost, time, and quality to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in automation and digital transformation projects, proposing technological solutions that contribute to Carrier HR's vision of innovative workspaces.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related disciplines).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Preferably experience in hospitality or coworking space industry.
  • Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, G Suite, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN, Visio, or similar tools.
  • Experience in digital transformation and automation projects, with knowledge of ERP, CRM, or RPA systems.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Experience in customer experience enhancement and service process development.
  • Understanding of office management, flexible workspaces, and co-working concepts.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
