Operations Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join Carrier HR, a leading provider of innovative workspaces.
About the Role:
- Analyze and optimize existing operational processes to enhance workspace management.
- Develop and implement efficiency-boosting projects to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to design flexible office solutions and co-working space services.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to enhance office management and customer service operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support the implementation of next-generation office concepts.
- Facilitate the implementation of new processes and provide training to employees, ensuring alignment with Carrier HR's innovative office space concepts.
- Evaluate the impact of improvement projects in terms of cost, time, and quality to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in automation and digital transformation projects, proposing technological solutions that contribute to Carrier HR's vision of innovative workspaces.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Preferably experience in hospitality or coworking space industry.
- Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, G Suite, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of business process modeling using BPMN, Visio, or similar tools.
- Experience in digital transformation and automation projects, with knowledge of ERP, CRM, or RPA systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Experience in customer experience enhancement and service process development.
- Understanding of office management, flexible workspaces, and co-working concepts.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented approach.
