
Assistant Night Duty Supervisor

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel's Front Office during the overnight shift. This includes managing and monitoring activities of all employees in the department, maintaining a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment, and acting as manager on duty for the hotel overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage Front Office activities, ensuring all employees adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
- Act as manager on duty for the hotel overnight shift, handling complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests, and any other issues that may arise.
- Coordinate Front Office activities with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and communicate any issues to the appropriate parties.
Requirements:
- Two + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Front Office Systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
