Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Retail CRM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clienteling initiatives in-store, focusing on building strong relationships with our clients and driving business growth through personalized interactions.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement clienteling initiatives in-store, working closely with sales staff to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Train and educate store teams on CRM & clienteling best practices, ensuring consistency in processes and procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes, analyzing data to inform future strategies and initiatives.
  4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align clienteling efforts with broader business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, marketing, clienteling, or retail.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through client relationships and personalized interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Eager to learn and develop, with passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
