About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to increase air cargo tonnage and revenue in Turkey.

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize sales from current airline customers and identify new opportunities to expand the contracted airline portfolio for cargo.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of professionals responsible for delivering air cargo services to our clients in Turkey.
  • Sales Calls: Plan and execute high-standard sales calls to establish new relationships and expand existing ones with our airline partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in air cargo sales, management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Turkish (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret financial and business data.
