We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive for our client, a leading multinational FMCG company.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics & Industrial Relations or Social Sciences from a reputable university.

With at least 5-6 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, particularly in Organizational Development, the successful candidate will be able to contribute significantly to our client's HR team.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role, along with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Self-motivation, proactivity, and a willingness to learn and adapt are essential qualities for this position.

A strong team player with result-oriented planning and organization skills is necessary to succeed in this role.

This position requires flexibility in working hours and no travel restrictions.

Please note that male candidates must have completed their military service.

Job Description
  • Contribute to all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and organizational development projects and operations.
  • Support the design and implementation of HR transformation & change management projects.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and employees to foster a positive working environment.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to all employees.
  • Carry out job analysis and generate job definitions, especially for strategic and key positions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from graduate to management level vacancies.
  • Generate the yearly training plan & schedule and organize internal and external training programs accordingly.
