About the Role

As a Sea Logistics Sales Executive at Kuehne+Nagel, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with a focus on SME customers. This involves having a thorough understanding of trade lanes, including geography, service offerings, and documentation regulations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Generating new business opportunities with a clear focus on SMEs.
  • Taking pricing decisions in alignment with the Customer Care Managers.
  • Preparing quotations using our online tools and submitting proposals to customers.
  • Demonstrating superior Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge.
  • Delivering presentations about our main Sea Logistics products.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
  • Reporting customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
  • Aligning with the Customer Care Team when onboarding new customers and providing robust and complete content in the Customer Promise/CCL handover form.
  • Using CoreLOG to maintain and update customer information.
  • Performing related CRM tasks/activities. Regularly reviewing the customers' portfolio with the CCL managers and Customer Care Team.
  • Closing customer deals.
About You

We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and serious individual with excellent negotiating and closure skills. A good knowledge of spoken and written English is required, as well as native Turkish. Very good computer skills, particularly MS Office, are also necessary. A valid driving license and ability to travel are essential.
