About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our team and help us build long-term, trusting relationships with our clients in the gas extinguishing systems market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business executives and technical experts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or equivalent role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions and juggling multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP
