Customer Relationship Management Specialist Job Description:
  • A customer relationship management specialist maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key customers and employees. 
  • Customer relationship management specialists build trusting relationships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a positive image.

  • The customer relationship management specialist will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. 
  • You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
  • To be successful as a customer relationship management specialist, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization. 
  • You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of complaint. 
  • Ultimately, an outstanding customer relationship manager will work closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure that all staff preserve relationships with clients.

Customer Relationship Management Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key employees.
  • Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  • Resolving customer-employee complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keeping employee updated on the latest information in order to increase sales.
  • Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  • Expanding the customer base
  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  • Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
  • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management Specialist Requirements:
  • Advance level English language skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • A team player with fast learning skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction

Working hours: 3pm-12pm // 12am -9pm
Location Sarıyer / Istanbul
We are working 6 days in a week.
